The SHARPTEMP thermometer features a peak-hold function to capture the highest temperature reading and an automatic shut-off feature to help maximize battery life. For added convenience, normal temperature ranges for cattle, pigs, sheep, horses, and dogs are printed directly on the back of the display for quick reference in the field.

Care & Maintenance

If the thermometer becomes soiled, clean thoroughly with soap and water before storing.

Directions for Use

1. Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
2. Insert the probe orally or rectally as appropriate.
3. Wait approximately 45–60 seconds until the thermometer beeps.
4. Read the temperature on the display.
5. Clean after use and return to the storage case.
